This Website provides access to trading, pricing, news and other information services related to diamonds, precious gems and jewellery. Certain Services available on this Website are for the use of Members only. Please note that some of the terms under these Terms of Use, differ for purchases for personal consumption and for investment purposes.
This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds / jewellery for personal consumption, inclusive of, customized and readymade Jewellery. The Website also offers services to sell diamonds for investment. The Website displays diamonds and gemstones that are specifically recommended for the purpose of investment. The Website will also feature the

recommendations of a trained diamond consultant, circulate a list of investment grade diamonds and recommend good buys. Recommendations of the consultant are not guaranteed under any circumstances and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss and / or damage suffered by Members who rely on such recommendation.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

Definitions
"Jewellery" means the jewellery that is predesigned or jewellery set with diamonds and / or gemstones that are available for sale on our website. Please note that all Jewellery is sold on "as is" basis. "Mounts" are defined as designs that hold a diamond(s) / gemstone(s) in place, which may or may not have diamonds/ gemstones. Members can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized Jewellery. "Loose Diamonds" are individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on Mounts.

Registration:
Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website.
To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address, which will be used for verification purposes. Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account.

Order
Retail Purchase
Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can
either:
1.   Add the selected diamond(s) directly to the shopping cart; or

2. Customize the jewellery as per the options available.
3.   Choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart; or

4.Call our trained consultants on customer service no. to place an order. The Member will receive the form for ordering via email/ fax/ courier based on their convenience.
In the event of a User wishing to make a purchase, the User may be required to register on the website after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart. If the product value is over ₹50,000, at the time of purchase the Members shall also provide mandatory information required under law like Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number. Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by Roop Jewellers. To confirm the orders, Roop Jewellers may at random, call up the Members who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Member a verification question. Roop Jewellers will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Member. Once the purchase of item(s) is confirmed, Roop Jewellers:
1.   In the case of Loose Diamond or customised jewellery - order for the diamond(s), set it on the Mount and deliver it to the Member; or
2.   In the case of Jewellery - order for the manufacture of the Jewellery and deliver it to the Member.

3.In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Member towards an order, Roop Jewellers shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.
RBI Mandate for PAN Card and COD
PAN CARD proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 200,000. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same.

Made-To-Order Jewellery
1. If a customer cancels a made-to-order jewellery order, the advance amount will be refunded to the customer.
2. In case a customer cancels a customised made-to-order jewellery order, there will be a 25% deduction of the order value before the refund is processed to the customer. Roop Jewellers reserves the right to use all customer stories / videos / images / testimonials / User Generated Content / Reviews / #RoopJewellers or business promotion purposes across platforms in perpetuity.

Including Copyright and Trademark laws, you also agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations, please do not use the Roop Jewellers website if you do not agree to these terms

Pricing: -
Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in precious metal and gem prices, so our prices also change.

Disclaimer: -
Precious metal prices are subject to market fluctuations. Many factors go into the value of gold and silver including market forces of supply and demand and availability. While prices are generally stable, occasionally there are wild fluctuations that can affect the pricing of our jewellery. Roop Jewellers does not represent or warrant those materials on our site or that the services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The Roop Jewellers website does not represent or warrant that our site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Delivery Schedule: -
Your privacy is important to you and we respect and understand that. We ensure you that we will not share with any third party the details that you have shared with us and maintain complete confidentiality. A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided when your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking Track Order and finding the order status.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including, without limitation:

Exchange; Money Back Policy:-
Roop Jewellers offers a 15 days exchange and money-back policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will happily provide you with a 100% exchange or refund of the invoice value. You can return any of our products except for Non-Exchangeable products and Gold Coins within 30 days of receiving the product. We offer FREE return shipping within the 30-day exchange policy. The value of the returned product should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- in the case of Jewellery and Rs.3,00,000/- in the case of Temple Jewellery and Solitaires.
You agree and confirm that any comments submitted by you to the website will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or another personal or proprietary right (s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the website will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mail, or any form of spam. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make and you further agree to keep repaying Roop Jewellers and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any comments submitted by you.
